9-10-12 through 9-16-12
That just feels like a slacker report to me. I've got to start getting more miles in each week.
But, I do feel the momentum swinging my way in terms of speed and weight loss. My runs last week were closer to 4's on Moxie instead of the 3.5's I was throwing up five weeks ago. I'll be excited to see how the monthly picture and measurements go at the beginning of October. (If I can just stay away from the snacks!!!)
